Updated Home page - Create a Qlubb in one click

We keep getting great feedback on how it's so easy to create a Qlubb. No registration or configuration is needed and Qlubb creators can get started immediately.

We decided to streamline the Qlubb creation process even further now. Before we used to require an email confirmation which involved an extra step. Now we've implemented a Qlubb creation box that just asks you to type in some special characters, enter the password and off you go with a newly created Qlubb. (We have to ask you to type in some characters of a graphic image so that we can make sure the person is human and not some hacker robot -- it's pretty standard practice now on the web).

The website also has a learn more section which walks you through some of our more prominent features.

Another important thing we added to the site are examples of other types of Qlubbs. Our initial example on the site was a playgroup and not surprisingly, most of the Qlubbs created were for playgroups. We started to see many other types of Qlubbs being formed, such as book clubs, knitting clubs, sports teams, faith groups, etc. We decided to include some additional examples so that you can see how Qlubb can help you with your other activities as well.

One thing that we see a lot of is what we call "referrals" - where a member of one Qlubb starts one for another. People in general are active, and are a part of multiple groups. During any given day a user might be planning the next playgroup session for one child, while being a room parent for their other child, while training with Team in Training for an upcoming marathon, while being active in the Church community, while volunteering for the Rotary Club. Anytime you have a group of people doing stuff, we hope that Qlubb can help. We encourage all of our users to think about how Qlubb can help their other groups be more organized, increase participation and engage more deeply.
